Having a membership with this gym means so much to me. When I arrive, I'm greeted with a smile and it's so inviting. I enjoy the atmosphere while there and leave feeling very optimistic about my health and shape. The equipment is durable and quality. It's just nice to have a clean gym that is properly maintained.

I rarely leave reviews when I have bad experiences but this one really irritated me & should come as a customer service teaching moment for this employee. I come to the workers desk & patiently stood there. I observed this man talking with Ellie (worker) & showing her pictures on his phone. As someone who’s worked in customer service I’m like okay no worries, I’m sure she’ll wrap it once she sees me. Ellie looked up at me and looked back down at this man’s phone, never saying anything to me. Theeennn I was like oh fr , okay. I could hear this man talking about a car and other various things to Ellie, THAT COULD HAVE BEEN PLACED ON HOLD. I waited 4 more minutes before I stepped closer to them. Ellie never acknowledged me , I abruptly stopped their convo & asked to please cancel my membership. She then realized she had another customer waiting , almost the same amount of time I was waiting. She never apologized for the wait, which I would have been totally chill with & never even made this review. Idk , just disappointed with the customer service. I spent 30 minutes in here for something that was done in less than 5. Ellie , please do better love bug.

This PF is nothing like the ones you hear about where it's a bunch of weirdos using the equipment in crazy ways and creepy dudes. I never had anyone make me feel uncomfortable or unwelcome. The only reason I left is because I moved and there wasn't a planet close enough to me. This was my first gym and I'm very thankful for the experience I had here.

I just moved to Irondale, so I just started using this gym and I have loved it so far! The equipment is always in good shape, and it never feels too busy that I can’t use the equipment I need. On my last visit in, Kaylee greeted me and was so friendly, and I picked up this little motivational quote that they had in a bucket. Very thoughtful! Love this gym!

10/27/23-over the last 5 visits, noted improvement in diversity/genre of music, back wall was repaired as were the malfunctioning towel dispensers. Some equipment needs proper repair and preventative maintenance, but noted improvements made - good job.
