I've always had a great experience at this location. The staff greets me with a smile and sends me out with a smile each and every time. The bathroom is always exceedingly clean. The facility is in good working order at all times. What I have come to expect was elevated even further lately. I've started personal training sessions with Kenn and she is a ray of sunshine! She's knowledgeable, encouraging and meets every client where they are at. I look forward to seeing her each time nd learning what she has in store for me to meet my health goals. She is an asset to this location and I am so glad that I get to be trained by the best!

I go to this club when i dont feel like traveling to others this ine not my first choice and its becaues i came in and the employess was sleeping in thw black card area on massafe chair abd hryo bed. Then one day wanted to use a machine. Had ro wait because an employee was using the machine. Not sure why we pay to use sonething wr have to wait on because employee see their job as not a job. I had a issue twice getting out the shower and slip almost bust my head and i woyld have sue this place. Its easy to put mats outside the shower. Then thwy have the dumbs at one end of the gym that yiu have to walk back ans fourtj if yiu using mats and dumbells. Do better with yiur hiring process and showers

I was at this location today & the staff at the front desk, 2 guys, one of them was named Chris as I remember, said some gay slurs about my friends & I to the other guy at the front desk laughing, and we heard him clearly! We immediately felt uncomfortable, which we already felt previous times because of how messy & dirty the place can be, in addition to being unsafe environment due to clearly welcoming sketching homeless people doing panhandling activities in the club facility and therefore, never going back to that location & certainly would not recommend!

Only one or two workers make you feel welcome here, the rest don't even speak to you. I've been coming to this location because it's never crowded and I like that. But when I tell you, they never clean the showers areas, they never clean that area.

Today, the front desk guys keep running back and forth to men's bathroom. No one at front desk. There's something fishy going on with certain employees. Probably illegal activity.. I'm trying another safer gym location.
