It's great. All the employees are very friendly. They keep it spotless a great place to work out just like all planet fitness

Not much equipment and the quality of equipment isn't as good as other gyms I've been to, but the price is right. Just be prepared to pay an annual $50 extra fee every year that I guess was hidden in some fine print somewhere. That fee is at the same time for every member too apparently, so don't be surprised like me if you only had the membership a few months, and all of a sudden an automated bank charge for about $60 shows up in your bank account. This can be kind of disappointing if you don't really go to the gym much and decide to cancel your membership within the first year. If they already took that $50, you won't get it back. Seems like a kind of shady business practice for a place that's main sales pitch is $10 a month, but it's still cheaper than most gyms if you plan on staying over a year.

A complete and large gym. Clean place. I love the spa area. Clean bathrooms.

Kind and friendly staff. It’s always clean. My only complaint was that there wasn’t enough equipment to accommodate members during peak hours, but recently they upgraded/added new equipment. Very pleased with my experience here!

Stephanie, the general manager is a very pleasant person to see in the morning. The morning staff is cleaning, helping elderly with equipment and saying good morning. The only planet fitness in Huntsville I’ll use, spacious and room to walk around people.
