I have been with them for more than a year, in Pilates, and my physical health has changed a lot. I have left behind my usual processes of low back pain and sciatica. This has been my first summer in which I have not been left bent over on the beach without being able to move after a while of reading. Thank you for your professionalism and closeness, Laura and Lucía. Pilates sessions also help me mentally and to top it off, I have a great time.
