Perkins Restaurant & Bakery

This Perkins STINKS like pee!! Me and my children smelled the stench soon as we sat down! Waitress V was very rude disrespectful and RACIST. The Cook Manager was Very Ride disrespectful and RACIST!! My meal was cold and portioned sized. I was nice about the whole situation from the beginning however They Tried to double my price after Cook instructed not to charged me then discounted me which took the extra meal they charged me off. He threatened to call the police after I told him multiple times TO RING ME UP WHATS ON THE RECEIPT! I’m calling the health department Corporate and they will be hearing from my lawyer. I have pictures and Recorded the whole experience! I am 8 months pregnant was very disappointed unsatisfied and discriminated against!! Don’t not eat here!

I never write reviews, but this deserved one. I used to be a server and my husband used to be a cook,so we have lots of grace in us for mistakes. That being said: Server seemed confused about everything and got our DRINK order mixed up 3 times. I think he put lemonade in the pepsi we ordered. Yuck. Also the steak was overdone and tough. Gravy was cold. Hashbrowns burnt. Eggs underdone. How does a cook not know how to cook hashbrowns and eggs ?? The pattymelt I ordered was actually ok.

I like this chain, every time I visit a new area located if it's near a Perkins, because their menu is varied, affordable, and often there's extra world according to the season. On this occasion I visited this place, I was fascinated by the staff, food and the very relaxed hunger, so I did not remain sonnvvor ka esxpweias de innpecki

Honestly, worst food I've ever had at a Perkins. Got the corned beef hash, which there was about a half a spoonful of, and it was burnt. The pancakes were dry. In addition, it took almost an hour for the food to come out. Everyone is understaffed. Pay your damn people enough that people want to work there! Totally terrible.

I hate doing this because I know how difficult It is to get good help. This restaurant needs better management in place. The manager there is disorganized and can not control or train the staff. The entire wait staff is slow, lazy, doesn't know the menu, doesn't check in on you and took forever to even take orders. Out of 5 tables in the restaurant while we were there all of us complained about the service and food. One left before even ordering food. None of us finished our food with how inedible it was. The pickles and chicken was burned. The food came out at all different times. The pancakes were rubber and the scrambled eggs were not mixed all the way as well as overcooked.. The food is absolutely terrible and the cooks need to be fired. This restaurant should not even stay open right now and is losing crazy amounts of money They need to close and fix all these issues.
