The Paul Davis team has gone above and beyond to fix a nightmare situation with another contractor after a fire we had last year. They’ve helped us deal with the insurance adjuster and the mortgage company. They have also be so patient with me being hyper vigilant after the last contractor we had. Would recommend!

Veterans/homeowners beware! Very unprofessional organization. I called Paul Davis [Temecula] because I had water and mold damage in my kitchen and living room. I was in desperate need for an estimate for restoration of my kitchen and living room because my home insurance needed one immediately. I had told Eric from Paul Davis that we were a military family and have been living without a kitchen for approximately 4 months and was requesting their assistance. Eric came to my house for an assessment and told me that he would provide me with an estimate at the soonest considering my situation. After 2 weeks I heard nothing. I had to reach out on 3 other occasions and was fully ignored. I was forced to go somewhere else and Paul Davis' failure to stick to their word extended the suffering of my family and I. I was not contacted or giving any kind of courtesy on what the delay was. Almost one month later I still have not heard from them after multiple attempts. My experience with Paul Davis [Temecula] has been a nightmare and they showed a total lack of empathy and concern for my situation. If they couldn't work on my house, they should have been transparent with me from the very beginning and not deliberately ignore me. Military families and/or other homeowners do not deserve this kind of treatment!! They should be ashamed of themselves.

I had a great experience with Paul Davis. All the staff is very professional, proactive and treat all your requests and concerns with a sense of urgency. The team arrived within 1.5 hrs of my initial call and were very thorough and efficient identifying the impacted areas in my property and putting in place contingency measures to mitigate the issue and minimize damage. I had the pleasure to work with Justin Riehm, during our emergency, he is always listening to customer answering questions and providing great status information about what to expect and required steps to remediate and address my concerns. He is very professional and knows how to manage and understand customer requests/concerns. The staff at the office, is always up to date with the latest on your case, and no matter who picks up the phone they are able to give you status on your case and advise you on nex steps They are part of a well coordinated and efficient operation.
