Sandwich taste....... Clean, fresh, and wonderful crunch when you bite into it. Very eye appealing desserts and drinks. My favorite drink (honey milk tea) 😉

Trying new foods is always an intimidating thing to do. When I first came here I had ordered the Banh Mi special with the sweet and sour? Dipping sauce and it was absolutely amazing. Going back a second time around I got the SB1 skillet meal and my date had a new Pho that they had just introduced to the menu that day. Upon receiving my skillet meal I immediately knew it was going to be delicious, I just wasn’t sure how to go about eating it properly Ha! I didn’t know it at the time but it ended up being one of the owners that had come out to my table and actually sitting with me and showing me how to properly indulge into such a flavorful dinner. It made the experience great. Highly recommend

I’m not kidding, probably the best grilled pork Banh Mi I’ve ever had! Had plenty of meat, extremely fresh, and very filling. The service was excellent. Very polite. We had our food within 5 minutes. My wife and I also shared a pina colada slush, which was equally delicious. Really can’t say enough good things about this place. Will MOST CERTAINLY be back for more!

This place is an absolute gem! I was in Des Moines for a weekend and my airbnb was right by this place so when to check it out and I kept going back two days in a roll. I tried a couple of banh mi with cold cuts and the special skillet combo. Everything was delicious. The baguette was toasted, filled with stuffing balanced between different cold cuts and bbq pork and pickled veggie and cilantro. You can surely taste the creamy pate and butter on the top inner walls of the baguette. And they have a 5+1 deals which we took advantage of!! But the real star that I highly recommend is the baguette combo skillet!! You don’t allow takeout for this one so you have to enjoy it in store. It’s exactly like what I’d have gotten in Vietnam. The sauce is sweet and addictive, steak was smoky, tender, and well seasoned. It’s like a deconstructed banh mi that you can put together yourself and enjoy a different combination with each bite. If you run out of bread, feel free to ask for more. I used the bread to clean any leftover sauce and topping!

Wow! Place is super clean and very inviting. The service was quick! They were super helpful in what to order. The food and the milk teas were fantastic. Will definitely be back here again! Overall fantastic experience, we came in randomly and were super surprised with the overall experience!
