Came here the other day with my child and we LOVED IT!!!! My child was sad that he lost his soccer game but this place made him so happy!!! The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. My coffee mocha frappe was delish and all the pasties we got were so yum especially the pastries with the fruit on top. SO hard to not spend all my money here.
It’s nice inside , spacious, lots of parking available outside, but the staff inside is not always friendly. And every time I go there I can’t understand why they automatically keep selecting tips option at cashier! I mean it’s not a restaurant or not a bakery where servers help you with selections. You have to go yourself and pick items. Nobody there answer or help you out with suggestions. Why we would need to tip you? Once I’ve asked someone there to help me, he said go there and pick stuff yourself. And when you approach to pay, they don’t even smile. Are they not happy to work there?
Oh, and btw, they told me twice that cakes are baked and prepped in South Korea and shipped here, so they are not freshly baked. And also, they add Gelatins to their creams! So if you are seeking for Halal or Vegan options, it’s not the right place.
I absolutely LOVE their pastries. The dough is incredibly thin and tasty, the berries always seem fresh, the ham & cheese croissant and berry pastry are by far my favorites. What’s very very upsetting, however, is that 9 out of 10 times that I stop there between 9 and 10 in the morning, their island is almost completely empty. Is everything gone before I get there or are they filling up the display? Either or, a bakery should ALWAYS be filled in the morning. The day is just getting started. With that, it’s a bit frustrating that 9/10 times I leave the place without what I went there for.
Pastries are absolutely a must try especially Danish sweet with cottage cheese and raspberry filling. Friendly atmosphere with peaceful environment.
What I didn't like is the uncleanness of the tables and the crumbs between the gaps of all over the table.
Ever since this Korean bakery has opened, I have gone way too many times. To me, the rainbow cake is the best cake I have ever had. It is so pretty and delicious. All of the pastries and breads are so good too. They have an app so you can get rewards and free pastries too. Super polite workers and great service.
Edit:
I had an issue arise early in the morning. Eric was able to figure it out for me. He was thorough, efficient, and kind.
