Best vegan and gluten free bakery In Mexico. GF versions of typical pastry. I wish we had one in the United States. We always stock up when we are nearby. Saltillo staff are always attentive.

Good for people who is truly allergic to gluten. I sincerely don't recommend it for people who isn't allergic to gluten. There're many other options for those. If you're vegan, this is your place too.

It is a super good option for all those who do not tolerate dairy or gluten foods. However, customer service needs to be improved, if for any reason you have doubts about what I am referring to, you can contact me without problem.

For those who know the store and the products, it is a good choice for gluten-free foods, however, the location of the store means that it is exposed to the sun all day and the bread does not feel as fresh.
