They always make faces at you and because they want to do things quickly they are always wrong. I went to buy and when registering my points card the cashier used my points when I don't know what I asked for since I'm collecting points, she did what she wanted and changed them, just as when registering them she passed my card and it turns out that I didn't My points are saved, and they never give a solution to what they do, they make you more expensive.

The service is terrible. The staff is rude and very pedantic. If you can go to another Oxxo to get your earrings done, DO IT. Because there they will surely keep you waiting a lot and they will want to downplay your importance for asking for so much kindness and minimal EDUCATION.
