The service is bad, they give you the services they want, you want to get money from Wester and they can't because you have to have a card (which you don't even care to get) that is from Oxxo. That's why they send you directly to a number. But they are very lazy and take their policies out of their pockets without a clause stating the requirements.

Strange but true, the cashier who served me is an elderly person, I don't know if that has anything to do with it, but he is super friendly!
