1 STAR IS TOO MUCH. I went to deposit him at a TDD. I handed over the money, the commission and they gave me my ticket. I retired. What was my surprise that the person who was expecting the money did not receive it. I returned and they told me that the transaction had not been completed satisfactorily (a warning that appears both on the screen and on the ticket), but that they could not refund my money because the person who had received it had already finished their shift (!!!). I had to return the next day and words more words less, they gave me my money back. The employee in question knew about the situation, did not tell me and gave me the ticket as a valid transaction. It's true that I didn't notice the ticket, but the employee knew about it all along. The other employees did not want to return the money because they sensed that it was not registered as "surplus." I was almost scammed.
