The bearded man with glasses had already closed and did not want to provide service since 9:40 Nobody understands what the real schedule is

Terrible service, today I wanted to make an Oxxo pay and pay it with a debit card and the employee and the manager were a couple of incompetents who don't know that it can be done, I left and went to another Oxxo on the other corner... And If the man from the other Oxxo did it... I went back and showed them that the system does allow it... and the employee ran at me and yelled at the establishment... And the manager did the same...because they don't train them and educate them at the same time! ??
