Great open air and enclosed shopping mall located on the banks of the Ohio River directly across from Cincinnati! Has multiple shops, restaurants, bars and entertainment venues throughout the complex. Live entertainment as well! Breathtaking views of downtown Cincinnati! Also is home to the Newport Aquarium! Plenty of parking available inside the parking garage or one of the many parking lots available around the shopping center. Definitely recommend spending a day or evening here whenever you are in the area!
It's ok. Not a lot of shops. It would be a good place to take kids because they have lots of activities there. I was able to check out all the shops in maybe 30 minutes. I imagine the main draw is a movie theater, several restaurants, and being by the aquarium.
Newport on the Levee is a vibrant destination with diverse entertainment, dining, and shopping options. The scenic riverside location and AMC theater are highlights. It's a great place for outings with friends or family. Highly recommended for a memorable experience in Newport!
I went for Goetta Fest '23. The atmosphere was awesome. The location is beautiful. Since we were there for the festival, I didn't see much else. I absolutely plan to go back when there's not a festival.
“The Levee,” as the locals call it, is a unique experience right in the heart of Newport, Kentucky. and just across the river from Downtown Cincinnati. It hosts several community events and festivals, including a summer music series, wellness events, and trivia nights.
With stunning views of the Cincinnati skyline, you can’t go wrong with a date night to grab dinner at one of the waterfront dining options, like Brothers Bar & Grill or Amador, before taking in a movie at the AMC theater. Other great date-night options include Velocity Esports, Rotolo Bowling, Hofbrauhuas Newport (the first Hofbrauhaus outside of Munich), or BB Riverboats cruises, which are just a short walk from Newport on the Levee.
