I love the freshness of Nekter juices. The customer service is excellent. Plus the app makes it super easy to order ahead and pick up. I just wish there was one close to me. I just happened to be out that way and did a U turn when I saw the store front
Bathroom was gross. The toilet paper rolls had blood and brown stains on the sides. There was blood drops on the floor and no soap. Employees probably don't wash their hands. Ended up not drinking 2 smoothies which cost $21.50 plus $3.50 tip.
They never open on time. Half of the occasion where I walked in their equipment is broken and cannot make half of the items on their menu. Every time there is a new person behind the counter, each one dumber than the last.
What is up with customer service nowadays? Lets just say that I never leave reviews but I feel like this should be addressed. I ordered a smoothie via app and when I picked up my order I was greeted with the worst attitude I have ever experienced. The guy up front handed me my smoothie without saying one word and a scowl on his face. No hello or anything. We all go to work and should treat others with respect. A simple smile or hello would of made a huge difference but instead It made me feel like my business was unwanted. That will be the last time for me. Horrible!!!
