Lisa is incredible! I had no prior experience with Pilates and had not done much exercise in awhile. I especially wanted to work on my posture before my wedding. Lisa found ways to help with my confidence, targeting my overall strength and fitness, and targeting the specific things I wanted to focus on. She is the best!

I have chronic pain and Lisa is very careful about the adjustments we make to compensate, allowing me to get stronger without flaring things up, and I've found that working with Lisa has helped reduce my overall pain. Lisa is very knowledgeable in mindfulness and pilates - the perfect combination for mental and physical wellness! I've been working with Lisa for the past couple years to manage my scoliosis with pilates. She provides great exercises and coaching to for a gentle but effective work out. This practice has also helped with my posture and meditation outside of the studio! Highly recommend!
Lisa is an excellent instructor. She understands the human body very well, and is an expert at her craft. I highly recommend Lisa for all individuals seeking private pilates lessons!
