Everytime I go, my order gets messed up. You can tell all the employees hate being there, just sucks the joy right out of you. Fries are always great tho.

Went through the drive-through today (after hearing a commercial on the radio). One side of the menu screen was inoperable. Kinda limited my options. Service was friendly. Burger and fries had great flavor

The young girl at the window ( number 2 on 9/24/2023 10:30 pm) was frustrated for some reason when I pulled up ( nothing to do with me). I had 80 nuggets/ 4 fries ( feeding hungry teens) and I asked for sweet and sour and ranch dip. She said " I already gave you 2 or 3 ranch" I told her "can I please have more", because there were 80 nuggets. She did a dramatic breath, picked up a handful of nuggets threw them hitting me in the face and all in my car, (through my car window) and slammed the drive through window super hard. They boy working with her dropped his mouth and just stared in shock. All of the people in my car could not believe what they had seen. Now I am no Karen, I was genuinely kind and had normal tone, never gave her any indication of rudeness. I let the manager know, and heard her her yelling "no I didnt", but all that watched it know the truth!!! Don't know of anything was handled with her, but I can say I am very disappointed in how I was treated. She should not be working in customer service. I am glad it was me and my kids were with me, I believe most people would have handled what she did very differently.

I was completely disappointed and angry at my last visit. She made fun of my cute dog and got my order wrong twice! She was a teenager, she was short,with dark hair and had glasses. She kept making fun of my dog and was very weird. I'm very angry just because of her!

I can forgive forgetting a menu item when it happens once in a blue moon. Almost half of my last ten visits had missing menu items. That just feels like a scam at a certain point. People are friendly and food is fine. But getting ripped off constantly pretty much cancels out anything positive. They’ve gotten a little bit better as of late so I have an extra star lol.
