Service is horrible at this location. Everytime they have you park to wait they forget items. EVERYTIME you order sauce they forget it. I always have to remind them at the wondow or go in after I check and discover I have been let down. Employees are generally rude. Had a young lady try to mad dog me in the window when I asked if she could make sure the sauce gets packed before they send out their employee to my car. Tonight I specifically asked if there was buffalo and sweet and sour in the bag. Before I could finish my sentence the employee cut me off and said yes. Got home, NO SAUCE AT ALL, and a bag full of fries that were half empty... The customer service here is reprehensible. The attitudes are disgusting (not all employees. Some are very kind). In general, every visit paid to this location is followed by a fit of rage and disappointment. GET IT TOGETHER!!

For starters the first window lady tried to keep a 5 dollar tip for herself! We had to tell her the change she gave was wrong! Next our sandwiches were just thrown together very poorly. I had more food stuck to my box then on the sandwiches! VERY DISAPPOINTED

+ Location + Gaming Tablets + Lots of Self-Order Kiosks + Quick Turnaround - Not Clean Place was packed at 11pm on a Tuesday, and for good reason.

I placed an online order for breakfast. I placed the order around 15 mins before breakfast ended. I was very close to the store. I got stuck in a bit of traffic for maybe 5 mins. When I arrived, they told my daughter that they cancelled the order. They no longer had the order. So, they told my daughter she could repurchase whatever they had left. That ended up being nothing that we originally paid for. They had to charge us a second time, due to the "cancelled" order. Well...this order was never cancelled! I could not get the order refunded through McDonald's customer service. I literally had to file a claim with my bank because I paid double, and still never received the first order. I don't believe the order was cancelled. I actually believe one of the employees may have stolen it. To be honest, it doesn't even matter...but I will never return to this McDonald's again. The worst customer service I have ever experienced!

Update : 2023 Downgrading my rating from 5⭐ to 2-⭐. Ordered via kiosk Quarter Pounder with everything as it is offered EXCEPT for NO ONIONS. Got these 2 pitiful Quarter Pounders w/med fries for $15++ rounded up to $16. (see pictures posted) Just the bun, patties and pickle. In my previous review, I was so happy with the changes in-store BUT (!), am now revising my rating also due to the fact that order #s are shouted out by staff AND (!), one can hardly hear what order number is being called out due to the LOUD noise of customers. I would think that McDonald's would have the foresight of having a sound system/microphone to use especially during peak hours. Totally disappointed . Update Aug 2022 Giving credit to the changes done to this branch. So, from 3-stars to 5-stars. First, overall area have been expanded, easing the very problematic parking and drive-thru specially peak times. Second, though (inside) counter/front decreased in size, self-ordering kiosks/stands were added. These for me also contributed to faster in-out speed for customers. Just my take, based on my recent visits. Also, the old McDonald's decor/feel was revamped. Not a lot of red/orange/yellow but, more muted/sombre colors. This I am on the fence about .... maybe, it's just the nostalgia of kinda losing the old McDonald's feeling. All in all, I give it my thumbs up. Update February 2019 Will premise this review by saying my husband brought home a Swiss Mushroom Burger and I loved it. So, dropped by for takeout and ordered 2 of the Swiss Mushroom Burger. Was thrown off the loop when I was asked for my choice of either beef or crispy (was there another menu item of the Swiss Mushroom?). Here's the reason for the low rating, order taken was for only 1 and when I went back to order another, the same staff told me I didn't say 2 (Not a great way to make a customer feel good about themselves.). And here is a picture of the Swiss Mushroom Burger. Where are the mushrooms? 2018 review: Only drawback from making it 5 star is parking. Otherwise this branch is above most McDonald's in terms of service.
