Every time I go to this one it's always a problem either they can't take a card for payment the frappe machine down wait forever to place order just to wait forever to get it legit can spend 30 mins in the drive threw I have on 3 different times... If it wasn't for the kids asking I would never stop there

Waited and waited and waited at the drive through speaker. Finally got to give them my order and when I got to the first window I found out what the delay was.. the clerk was taking on her phone. As soon as she finished with me bam she was back on it. Why do customer facing clerks these days feel their phones are more important than the customers they are paid to serve?

I was in there 20 minutes waiting for a lid for my little sisters drink. I had to say excuse me for 5 of those minutes. During which a disabled person heard me, acknowledged me, and then proceeded to attend to the person in line behind me. I asked an able man for a lid and he looked at me and didn’t even talk back. Terrible customer service.

I decided to go McDonald's in Forsyth instead of in Kennesaw where I work. I was so so disappointed. I ordered the Fish Filet meal and requested fresh fries with Sweet Tea. I didnt know that I needed to ask for fresh Fish Filet. I always order this Combo and it's always fresh and Hot. The associate Mirahya was very pleasant and was scared to tell me that she couldn't accept my cash but credit card only. I went to the next window and the associate asked if I had unsweetened tea with my meal . I told her no sweeten tea. I received barely warm nit fresh over cooked Fish Filet and unsweetened tea. I called to informed the store of my concerns and the phone rang and rang until the call disconnected. This is unacceptable services. I felt like I let my window down and threw my money away. I was so disappointed and hungry but I was to tired to turn around after traveling 3 hours back to Warner Robins where I live.

We stopped in really quick because we are traveling . First of all we came in and ordered on the machine no one would come to the front, which is fine whatever!! It took 15 to get our food, thinking it would be fresh and brought to the table as the table cap said … she brought the food to the front and screamed our number .. husband went up got it walked back to table . Realizing he didn’t get cups, walked back up there took 3 or 4 mins for someone to see him there, he ask for cups and the girl said o don’t see ur order u need to order first !! Are I freaking serious she didn’t realize she just gave him his food! He said my food is on the table u just have it to me without the cups… she rolled her eyes! Anyway the ice machine was out of ice and no one would come back to the front to help with ice and when we by into our food it was cold … meaning they took 15 mins to get an order that they didn’t prepare FRESH!! several people walked in and walked out after not getting help at the front! Not everyone wants to use a machine to order .. all the tables were sticky we had to wipe one off to sit down, and we stuck to the floor on the way out because of the dirty floor! If ur reading this PLEAASE DONT STOP AND EAT HERE !! They need to do better !!!
