McDonald's

I couldn't finish my last sandwich and it sounded like somebody said they did something to my meal at the McDonald's and it sound like somebody followed me here to be disrespectful I'm just a brother just trying to eat a meal and leave and know I love McDonald's ever since I was a kid man I don't disrespect nobody somebody said he went behind my back and did something to my meal I'm a American brother and I'm saying ain't nobody perfect but who can't do something behind somebody back McDonald's McDonald's McDonald's is highly respected

Ordered breakfast. The cashier is always very nice. I ordered and paid for a LARGE caramel macchiato hot. I had to park because they were making it. One lady came out and handed me an iced caramel macchiato. So I told her I ordered it hot and she went back in. 10-15 minutes later she comes out with a SMALL caramel macchiato hot. I ask her “is this seriously a large” even though I know it wasn’t and she responded in a rude tone “yes this is yours”. I just left because I was annoyed and waiting made me late to work. Very displeased with this!

Received my order last night which was wrong, everything was slopped together. Walk in to have things corrected in a polite manner and received no apologies whatsoever. In the past, I didn’t have to check my order before leaving the parking lot. Now I have to check every time because it’s not right every time now. I live less than a quarter mile from the establishment and had to heat everything up when I got home. I understand high turnover rates etc, but ignoring me and not caring when it was something that wasn’t my fault is really odd behavior. Won’t be back. It’s crazy because just a couple months ago, my wife and I were talking and both agreed that this was one of the best McDonald’s we’ve ever been too. Crazy how quick things can drop off.

I ordered ahead on the mobile app for drive thru pickup. Got to the speaker, gave my code. I pulled up to the first window. I asked for extra pickles on the side. Never have been charged for this at this location. They charged me 30 cents!! That was number one. They asked me to pull up to the third window to wait. I had ordered 10 minutes prior to arrival. The lady brings a small bag. It was the wrong order. She goes back. I wait another 10-15 min. I go inside thinking they forgot. The one girl said oh you had the special order with bacon. No special order the sandwich I ordered came with bacon. Anyway there order finally came out and I left but I had never had these issues at this location when I've ordered very similar or the same items for inside pickup.

Great location and service.. Only complaint is that the fries were cold and hard... The nuggets and sandwich hit the spot, just disappointed that the fries were not hot and fresh... Being on a former service industry restaurant management team, our motto was " Would you serve that to your family, or would you eat what you just served" Shout out to Yolanda, great customer service skills... People person, loves what she does... Yolanda has a heart of gold.... Thank you
