I wonna give a shout out to Jo very professional and always cares about the customer and always doing what is right for the customer. Thank you Jo if it was not for you and Kimberly McDonald's would loose a lot of customers. Y'all pick up the slack and take care of us customers. Only reason my review was not five stars cos food was nasty. BUT TO KIMBERLY AND JO THANK YALL.

Normally there is decent service at this location, but today was a different story. First of all, they never asked if I wanted to make an order, so I tried the kiosk since it was taking forever. I spent a few minutes trying to make my order on the kiosk just to find out the card reader is out of order, so I printed a receipt to pay at the register. I wait again for someone to acknowledge me and nothing. Suddenly two other customers come in and they suddenly jump to take their order. At this point I was fed up, so I left. I'm extremely disappointed in this location! I expect better if we decide to come back in the future!

For a McDonald's inside a gas station, which seems the only fair benchmark to apply, it was quite good. Service was polite, if slow, and there were no issues with the food I ordered (it was if typical quality for the chain). There is little atmosphere and very little in realistic seating, but some seating exists and those tables, along with the rest of the restaurant, were clean.

The cost for a fast-food meal is insane. I ate at a sit down restaurant which had better, healthier food last night that was less expensive.

Cold, old fries, sweet tea only available in the drive thru, one quarter pounder made incorrectly, and the Big Mac was cold and had little sauce.
