Fries were over-salted, burger looked barely put together and the patty is almost see through. Service was extremely lack luster and the lady in drive through was so out of it, she told us they were waiting on a fresh fish filet for the order, walked away, then came back with a cup of ice water we didn't order and wished us a good night. The entire establishment and experience was ridiculously sad.

Stay away from this place. Me and my family have had multiple issues with this location. We recently ordered from door dash and received drinks…No food at all. Our experience isn’t just with DoorDash orders but drive thru as well. We’ve waited for more than 15 minutes and received cold food & missing items . The food is never fresh and their attitudes are less than casual. I write this review with drinks on my desk and an order with no food. I understand this is fast food and nothing is perfect but as customers we are tired. We expect to feed our kids and family and are disappointed every time. Fries maybe cold cool! Pickles maybe added when I said none I can deal with that! But missing items?? This is crazy. Save yourself gas and money and go to another location. It’s not worth the disappointment.

Worst service I’ve received in awhile. Drive through attendant was rude and snappy! Then was told to go and wait in spot 2 for my food and after 20 minutes went inside to see what the problem was and got more attitude so I ended up asking for my money back. All for a QP and fries. Fully recommending going to a different location.

Ordered fries with no salt. Got salted fries. Cant exchange them for nonsalted fries. Cant get my money back. I have high blood pressure problems. I cant have salt like that. Its unacceptable that a place like this allows this to take place.

Every time I order a McCrispy from here, it's all breading. And the hamburger sandwiches are never stacked evenly; order a burger without pickles and receive double pickles; the person on the friar doesn't know what a salt shaker is. Yes the staff would probably remake the sandwiches if I bothered to drive back but this happens every time I come here. I should go to a different McDs or do my body a favour and divorce fast food entirely.
