McDonald's

McDonald's has removed anything decent for you from their menu. Gone are the times of grilled chicken sandwiches, yogurt parfaits and blueberry muffins. This particular location makes it fresh, but fresh poison? I haven't been in their drive-thru for weeks, and I hope to keep it that way.

Came in tonight to get some dinner. Just wanted to sit and enjoy it. The staff in the kitchen and especially the girl taking orders were so obnoxiously loud. One gentleman was wearing sunglasses and taking orders and they all just acted like they were being bothered to do there jobs. I was sitting down and going to order on the app and they were so obnoxious I just decided to leave and go somewhere else. I work in food service as well and want cooks to enjoy their jobs but this was just beyond ridiculous. I come here often but I think I'm going to find somewhere else to start going to.

Amber is incredibly rude. I have had several issues with her in the past and never said a word, but tonight she was rude to one of the employees in front of customers. That is not okay. I absolutely understand how stressful a job can be, but when an honest mistake is made and you choose to punish the employee in front of customers, you're just making yourself look absolutely terrible. The employee stood up for herself (I would have too!) But wow. Do better, Amber. Seriously. Only giving two stars because the employee she was rude to was incredibly nice, and she is nice every single time I see her there.

Worst service I’ve ever had. The person that took my order acted like me coming to get food was annoying them, then pull up to first window to get my receipt employee doesn’t do anything but stare at his phone. I waited there for about 3 mins and said screw it pulled up to second window where I was met with a different employee who never said a word to me all while giving me a dirty look. On top of that my order was incorrect. I guess this is the customer service we should expect from now on? I won’t be returning and you shouldn’t either. Go get something from somewhere else this place doesn’t deserve your money.

I've only been a few times since I rarely wat fast food. I recently bought a house in the area and I'm not sure I've ever had my order 100% correct. Today was the WORST! I clearly said sweet tea and got regular tea. I clearly said no onion, EXTRA pickle and got zero pickles. It was so gross with just meat and cheese that I couldn't even eat the sandwhich. Dog food was about all it was good for today. Not impressed. Guess I'll have to micromanage the staff going forward and check everything before pulling away.
