This is the 1st time I've been to a McDonald's in a long while. I refuse to go to the one close to my house because of all the trouble we've had up there. But I'm glad I stopped in this one. My order was right, and the ladies there were nice, clean, and efficient.
The service was ok, but the worst part was the cleanliness of the restaurant. There is flies all over the place not sure what that means, and it is not clean at all. Not the employees fault but there is only three people working here. It’s right off the highway and there should have more people working here.
2nd time I've stumbled upon this McDonald's with a similar experience both times. we went inside and waited almost 25 minutes for our order. the staff was disorganized or maybe understaffed. the fries were overcooked and my burger cold.
We waited 30 minutes for our food. It was cold when they finally handed it to us. A few people came in, ordered food after us, and received their food before ours came out.
Corporate doesn’t care about its employees or customers, they only care about drive thru time , employees do there jobs to the best of there ability and only 2 -3 managers aren’t lazy or rude actually do there job to the full subscription
