McDonald's

The food was actually delicious! 5 for the food, 1 for the service. I walked up to the counter after seeing a gentleman order. Then got told that they caught them at the register and if I could go order at a kiosk. It was awful the kiosk is at least a minute or two slower because sim not proficient at ordering food on it. We were in a hurry so it was a little inconvenient.

I couldn't believe the experience I had at McDonald's today. The service was incredibly slow, and the staff seemed disinterested in taking my order. When I finally received my food, it was cold and looked nothing like the pictures. The fries were soggy and the burger was dry. It's disappointing that a well-known fast-food chain like McDonald's can't maintain its quality and customer service. I hope they can improve these issues soon, or I'll have to reconsider where I choose to grab a quick meal.

Fast food isn't cheap. Not even a hamburger on dollar menu anymore. Wanted over $3 for a thing of fries

Asked for a grimace shake. Cashier rudely says "we don't have that no more" Ask for two chocolate shakes, rudely says to pull up to the window and won't stop repeating the question "anything else?" In a sassy tone. I get to the window, pay, then go and grab my two shakes. Not only are these two shakes smaller than the small size, they didn't even fill it up. They gave me about half in each had a funny taste too it too. Never going here again, New castle one is much better.
