McDonald's

This location doesn’t know the concept of fast food. Numerous times I’ve had to sit in line 15 minutes and still had to pull up in a pick up spot just for a Hot caramel mocha. I open it and it’s not even right. They are the worse at getting your order right and in a timely manner! I’ll Start making my own!

Our fries were so delicious! They were so hot and fresh! Absolutely yummy! Our kids scarfed down their happy meals (which definitely does not happen most of the time)! I haven't been to a McDonald's in a very long time so it was really nice to have a good experience! Way to go Mountain View McDonald's! Good job!

This McDonald's is by far the best in customer service. They strive to make things right no matter what happened. A kiddo in front of me dropped his breakfast and before the family could get back in line to reorder, the clerk at the register had already talked to the manager and had a new one coming up. This type of collaboration is common at this restaurant.

Food is pretty good sometimes… I can’t eat gluten so I’m disappointed that they no longer have salads or grilled chicken. I was also disappointed to find out that their fries are NOT gluten free.. So the only thing to eat is a burger no bun. If you can’t have gluten I wouldn’t suggest going.

The service was horrible. Didn't get all of our order then had to go inside because they gave us the food then just walked away and never came back to the window. Then go inside and stand there for 10 minutes before finally just talking when someone was close enough to hear because they will just look right at you and not care. 5 or more people in the lobby waiting to get there order placed and they don't care to even wait on them. They don't give you a receipt so I can show what I didn't get so they can just tell you that you didn't order something and not want to give you what u paid for and finally give to and tossing it on the counter and dont care to give you your dipping sauce and just walk away and not come back. Absolutely no customer service there and poor attitude towards customers. Will not go back.
