McDonald's

I go to this McDonald's nearly everyday and order just about the same thing every time and every time it's hot and comes out fast. If they see you're there too long they will acknowledge you and do everything they can to make it better. I used to never eat McDonald's but for a few months now it's been really good and easy to order especially on the app. I've earned so much free and discounted food! 😋👍🍔

The best coffee period. The biscuits are great as well. I know it's fast food but you can't beat it for value, and it actually tastes good. I repeat though, the coffee is the best around.

Speaking from as a former GM for McDonald’s, I understand that times are changing and everything is going to kiosks. However with what you are paying your employees, I feel you should be able to take orders on the front counter. When a manager asks you if you want to use the kiosk and you say no and they look to another employee and say something, I find it very unprofessional.

I ordered on the app. When I got to the store the order was no longer on the app but the money had been taken from my account. After speaking with an employee and a manager they were able to help me find my order details in my email. They were both so courteous. I didn't get their names but they were working at 2:30 pm on 10/2. Keep up the great work!

Slow as ever. Perhaps if they put their cell phones away they could properly serve customers in a timely manner. It’s not called “whenever the heck employees get around to it” food, it’s called FAST FOOD!
