McDonald's

I hit the drive-through at about 10:15 pm. while on a cross-country trip. The staff was prompt and friendly with service. The food was typical McDonald's but obviously fresh with hot and crispy fries.. I was pleasantly surprised that the shake machine was still available. Lots of times, it is closed for cleaning at that time of night. Overall, it was a good McDonald's experience.

I am an undercover worker. Had a bad morning after overhearing a Coworker say out loud! How much she hates her job and doesn’t want to work there anymore! Well guess what? I’ll make sure she never works again! My Food was great! Her attitude needs improvement! Very thin, glasses, tall. Brown hair. American.

We actually went through the drive-thru and the gentleman that was taking our order was very nice , seemed happy, and was generally interested in what we were ordering. We had a specialty order and he read back the entire order that we placed and upon receiving our items everything was perfect. We did not go inside however, but the facility is brand new so I would expect it would be spotless.

Ordered 4 things. Cheeseburger. Mcdouble no onion, fries and a drink... Mc*double* had 1 patty. Didn't get the fries Out of 4 items they messed up 2...those aren't good numbers.

I recently had the misfortune of visiting McDonald's, and it was an absolute disaster. The wait time for my order was beyond belief. I could have grown a garden and harvested my own vegetables in the time it took them to prepare a simple meal. The staff seemed to be in a state of perpetual chaos, with no sense of urgency or customer service. It felt like they were moving in slow motion while the rest of the world was in fast-forward. When my order finally arrived, it was cold and unappetizing. I could hardly believe that after all that time, they couldn't even manage to get it right. The taste was a sorry excuse for fast food, and it left me wondering if they had forgotten how to cook. I left McDonald's feeling frustrated, disappointed, and with a sense of wasted time. This experience was a stark reminder of why I should think twice before setting foot in one of their establishments again. It's safe to say that this visit will be my last.
