Be sure to check your order before you leave. When I got home, I realized my large fry was the amount of fries in a medium fry. So I did not get what I paid for.
There have been two incidents where I am in the drive-through and I have gotten skipped over three times. Tonight I pull up in the drive-through with a sleeping child in my car who is hungry I sit at the window and the guy says I need you to wait just a second so I wait another car pulls up their order is taken and they pull through so then the guy comes back on. I start giving him my order and he says I can’t hear you as I’m yelling into the speaker, and then he says I’m going to need you to wait a second so I wait again and then he comes back on and I start giving him my order and write in the middle of my order a girl pops on to say can I help you so then I’m telling her that I am distraught over this and the way that they’re doing the drive-through and she gives me attitude and says I don’t know can I help you , that is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my entire life and I have been in management multiple times at different restaurants. This was so not ok but the guy that brought my order out was nice and talked to me. He provided much better customer service.

I placed on order through the mobile app in order to expedite the process.
All together it took over 8 minutes from the time they said 'pull around' until the time I had our food.
It wasn't a complex order.
Two happy meals.
They were having basically everyone park and then bring out the food to you.
The standard used to be 90 seconds.
Perhaps the menu has gotten too big to facilitate this but the wait still seemed ridiculous.
The poor girl trying to bring out food was going car to car asking 'is this your food?' like she was trying to find a home for a lost child.
Get it together people.
This place has been renovated to be streamlined in a sense. Nothing in the lobby to keep clean like condiments and soda dispensers. That can be a disadvantage for the customer though. We left there with our three drinks in hand. It was a good experience!
My husband and i placed an order at the kiosk at 7:17, we watched as several delivery orders popped up on screen and were taken care of while we waited nearly 30 minutes for 3 sandwiches and some fries. We ended up finally receiving our food at 7:45. It's a shame that delivery orders seem to be more important than customers in-store.
