McDonald's

The food is decent. The whole store was remodeled, so it looked really nice. And it had a really nice vibe and was bright. Good energy. The staff was pretty nice. Some of them were a little bit in their own little world. Connected to our customers for the most part. The cashiers were friendly and helpful so I would say go here. It's nice, it's a little busy though. And the parking's a little hard.

Dissatisfaction with the Order at McDonald's located at 2571 Commerce pkwy, Barstow, CA 92311. Recently, I had a disappointing experience at one of the McDonald's restaurants. Being a frequent traveler, I have visited various McDonald's locations throughout the country, but this particular visit left me quite dissatisfied. On this occasion, I ordered a double cheeseburger, expecting a fulfilling and satisfying meal. However, to my disappointment, I received a regular cheeseburger instead. This came as a surprise and made me feel somewhat cheated, especially given the higher price I had paid for what should have been a more substantial meal. As a customer who constantly seeks value for money, I found this experience to be quite frustrating. I have come to expect consistency and quality from McDonald's, as they are known for their efficiency and standardization across their chain of restaurants. This incident left me questioning the reliability of their service. It is vital for fast-food chains like McDonald's to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. Mistakes can happen, but it is essential for the employees to pay attention to the orders and deliver them accurately. In this case, it felt as if the staff members were simply going through the motions without considering the specific customer requests. As a traveler, I have had the opportunity to visit McDonald's in different countries, and I must say that this experience was a letdown, particularly considering the reputation and popularity of the brand. It is disheartening to have such a negative encounter, especially when seeking familiarity and consistency while on the road. I hope that this review will serve as constructive feedback for McDonald's to improve their quality control and customer service. I have always held McDonald's in high regard, and I genuinely believe that they have the capacity to rectify and prevent such incidents from happening in the future. Overall, my experience at this particular McDonald's location was disheartening, as I received the wrong order, resulting in an overpriced regular cheeseburger instead of the double cheeseburger I had intended to purchase. I sincerely hope that measures will be taken to ensure that such incidents are minimized, providing customers with the expected level of satisfaction. Usually my service is terrible and it has been consecutively for months… this morning Cynthia provided me with outstanding customer service, very professional! Alexis was also very friendly and polite. Both, Cynthia and Alexis especially Cynthia have such honorary skills in regard to making sure a customer is satisfied. Cynthia should be a manager!

It's McDonald's. A known brand in an unfamiliar place. Convenient, usually fast and safe for a road trip. The bathrooms at this location could use an upgrade.

Stopped there to grab a quick bite with my little ones. There wad this particular guests in the lobby, on the younger side. One of them decided that it was OK to clear his throat and dispose of phlegm (multiple times) in a small cup next to the fountain drinks ( which has NOT been cleaned in many months by the looks of it) young, white food worker with highlights on his hair seemed to be buddies woth said guests and enjoyed the show they were putting up as he was laughing and clapping about it Atmosphere is a lot differebt than the McDonald's in tge KC AREA. French fries on this mcd get a 10/10 though.
