Today, I put in an order for a Big Mac and fries for the eagles day deal. Somehow, I messed it up and I took off the deal. When I arrived, I only received the fries and then the only way to fix it is with the specific location. I called and explained the situation… she did sound frustrated, but it also was 6pm and she ultimately said to come back in and get the Big Mac. I went back in to grab the sandwich … cashier was nice and understanding , the manager again looked visibly frustrated. The manager told the cashier to give me the sandwich, which she did. I apologized to her and her manager for any inconvenience I caused. I left after that with no further incident. My thoughts on the situation is that the manger should do better at keeping a poker face. If this would have been in my eyes a bad experience, i would have never came back. Her prompt thinking is the reason I will continue to spend my money there. The workers are polite and I always get my food fast.
I just got my food and I got a number 7 meal and when I ate my burger there was big mac sauce all of the side of the wrapper and all over the burger and I hate bic mac sauce and I had 2 burgers not big macs so the servers didn't do there job correctly 2 times
It's a McDonalds, so no difference in food from the next chain. Staff was working, but the interactions I did have were decent enough. They made me a ice mocha coffee instead of just a ice mocha, but got the two shots of espresso in, no dome lid.
Went in for coffee and fries, the fries were definitely sitting for a little but still warm. I really think every McDonald's employee needs to be trained better on their coffee drinks. It's a problem no matter what one your at.
Facility was clean and brand new as well.
Just to be clear. I have never written a review for a fast food restaurant in my life, but after working 11 hours and then being at the gym for another 2 I was very hungry and tired.
Got there about 9:30, was greeted by a nice guy at the window and that was about the last good experience. I ordered a double quarter pounder meal plain. I was told to park around to the waiting area for the drive through (which is common when ordering this) so i expected that. I didn’t receive my food until 10:10, wasn’t apologized to for the wait, nothing. I was perfectly calm and nice during the entire waiting period. I get home, open the food, and the order is not correct and cold. The burger was not plain, which i understand isn’t a big deal for some people but I have allergies. I tried to at least eat some fries but they’re cold too. This is not the first time i’ve had a bad experience at this location, and every time I go back to it, I understand why I stop.
This location was super clean! My son just has his 1st Happy Meal here and the high chairs were even clean! I just can't express how impressed we were! Great job guys!
