McDonald's

After a long day, we came to this location as it was the only one in the area open after midnight. We spent over 30 minutes in the drive through before being able to even get to the speaker, just to find out they are only accepting cash. We did not have any cash on us so we had to continue to wait in the over 20 car like to get out again. When we got to the speaker, the lady was short and offered no apology or sympathy. It would have been helpful to have a sign or literally anything else to let us know not to waste our time in this stupid line.

the location on ray and Arizona Ave always gets orders wrong. never expect to be satisfied. they also have rude employees. I literally drive to the one on warner and cooper so I don't have my day ruined by this location. also to have the best drive thru time for their store they park cars to have them wait for order. One time I ordered here and called because they got my order wrong and I didn't want to drive back and the manager hung up on me. So I drove to store and made her refund me. They are very rude. I never complain like this. I know some may say I'm a Karen. But I always tip even in drive thru's and I was super disappointed here.

i’d give a zero if i could. this location has to be one of the worst mcdonald’s ever. fries are always cold and never filled up, takes forever to just get your food and crew is unbelievably disrespectful. save your money

I come here every other week and they're good for the most part but I think they hired a new manager lady and she was incredibly rude. I came through the drive through on my motorcycle this morning and she was beyond disrespectful being passive aggressive and ultimately told me to come inside to order all while me and my coworker where trying to get our lunch. They're usually really fast which I why I have my lunch there but if thus service is gonna continue I'm sure theres another place to eat

Ordered for 3 diners, two menu items were modified. The entire order came out perfectly! The fries were awesome, served steaming hot. The Filet 'O Fish sandwiches were all made to order with the correct modifications. Service was spectacular! Very clean, my only gripe about the atmosphere is there's a kids' play area taking up a great part of the dining area. And apparently parents have no problem letting their children scream like wild banshees! All-in-all, many steps above the average McDonald's.
