McDonald's

It's McDonald's. What are u expecting? But their food is clearly much, much better when fresh and correctly assembled. Unfortunately, that happens very infrequently nowadays. I can always count on McD's to be unfresh, pretty much regardless of location in LA. Some locations are better than others. This one is a 50/50 location.

You can place an order here at any time and you will always have problems. The order takes a very long time to prepare and every time they do not put in some item that has been paid for!! Today they refused to give me ice cream in my order, because the icemachine in this garbage dump is always not working. That is, I paid the money and they didn’t give me the goods!!! This is not the first time. The restaurant administration is apparently waiting for someone to go to court and doesn’t want to change anything

About 7 people behind the counter and it still feels like they just tossed everything in the box. The front counter lady is rude. Someone in there should tell her NOT TO TOSS CONDIMENTS in Clients bags when asked for some. See ticket 885 flat out rude!

Went through the drive through and it was quick enough on a Saturday morning (about 10 minutes from start to finish). My biggest complaint is that the iced coffee was bad. I got a sugar free vanilla iced coffee and it looked and tasted like it was expired.

Haven't been to a McDonald's in awhile due to diagnosis of celiac. Came here out of desperation and ordered a double quarter pounder, no bun, and got 2 hamburger patties. I've been eating at higher end burger joints for a few years now, grass fed or organic etc, THAT IS WHAT REAL MEAT TASTES LIKE. These patties tasted weird and bad, trust me, eat better meat and you'll see. Staff doesn't know a damn thing about just asking for something protein style or no bun, it was McDonald's, lame, overrated and blah
