Never thought I would review a Mickie D's, but here I am.
We waited 25+ minutes for a drive-through order for 4 cheeseburgers and a medium fry around 2pm. When we finally got our food, the burgers were burned and the fries (the item we had to wait on for 25+ minutes) were cold. I'm fairly certain they simply looked over us from extremely poor organization - and about 10 other folks waiting. Many went in and came out visibly frustrated.
Something is highly wrong with this locations daily operations and it's obvious.
I came in today during lunch rush, I was surprised to see the soda machine completely ripped out of the wall, for that reason I gave atmosphere a 3. Please give this store their damn soda machine back, it’s quite crazy. During a rush with all screens full employees do not have time to give refills. They simply do NOT have time. The staff was amazing but like I said they do not have time to take refills during rushes. I didn’t get a refill since I knew I’d be standing their for 20 mins. Get more staff and pay them correctly, or get a soda machine back here. I won’t be eating here again if this is still a problem in the next two months. I feel so bad for your employees, it’s ridiculous.
The lady who took our order was great. The sandwich maker sucked. My fish was 8/10ths off the bun. Literally, only the very edge was on the bun! Food was hot and good otherwise. Restaurant was pretty clean as well.
Ordered a drink on the mobile app hole in the bottom of the cup now having to clean out the whole interior of my vehicle and my sweater was ruined. Their solution was they will give me a free one.
I ordered 3 mcchickens from the app, and when I got there they were ready within minutes. Great service and amazingly fresh chicken; however, as I ate my second mcchicken I found two small pieces of bone, one very sharp, in the chicken. I proceeded to call and warn them that they should be careful and maybe warn people to check their food in case kids eat them. They were very quick to usher me off the phone as they were busy and said they'd tell their manager. I know it's not their fault and I wasn't trying to complain, I just don't want some little kid choking or worse because there are bones in their food. Both their chicken distributor and mcdonalds need to be held accountable though, as we give them our trust and obscene amounts of money.
