McDonald's

The McDonald's in Mountain Home on Hwy 62 near the bypass meets my expectations. The staff is pleasant and prompt to take my order. The food has been fresh and hot each visit.

Extremely dirty. Drink machines were a mess. No condiments (ketchup) or sauce cups. Restrooms were dirty as well. Staff were taking breaks outside in groups. Play area and seating in front was closed for cleaning

I pointed out how week the dr pepper was as the guy handed me the drink at the drive-thru. He tasted it a said it was fine. It was not. Then he had me pull over to wait because I asked for a fish sandwich without tartar and that takes longer. So I waited, to discover once I got home that only half of the food I had ordered-AND PAID FOR-failed to make it into the bag. Of course they were closed by the time I saw the mistake so I couldn't even call to give them the opportunity to learn from this total failure in service.

McRibs are suppose to be saucy not dry. Barely any sauce on mine. Drive thru worker failed to tell the car in front to pull all the way up. They only went to the next window which caused the entire line to back up. Had to call the store and have them tell the car to pull up so ppl could leave.

The food was good, but the floors were real slippery throughout the dining area. I had walk around really carefully in order to not slip.
