Cool style McDonald's the service ok not to fast also not to slow..the frie where a little cold oh well life goes on

It's mcdonalds. Food tastes the same :) Edited review from a year ago. McDonald's needs to do something and quick. Don't get me wrong I like the brand and the food (every now and then ). Hard times makes you do desperate choices I guess . Anyhow that group of people that works there in the afternoons should be divided. If McDonalds has questions for me , feel free to e-mail me . Updated review 09/30/2023 Staff is way better , restaurant is clean . The only problem is that the self check out kiosk never prints receipts with info on it . Just a blank piece of receipt paper. Bums and homeless hang out, but so do tourists. Open really late for your after theater snacking needs. Food is edible...it's a McDonald's after all. Would recommend in a pinch.

Went in to dine and got rudely interrupted during the meal by the manager stating that the restaurant is closed. You must pick up our food and leave. with no hours clearly posted on the door. She also stated to another customer to leave The restaurant this is the second time I told you leave. It was 715 pm on a Saturday. So had to eat in the car. The Manager should have some kind of sensitivity training on how to deal with customers..

I went to this McDonald's last night and I was robbed. Not by somebody outside of the store but buy an employee. I've never had a good experience at this McDonald's. Every single time I've come here my order has been wrong. From sauces missing that I paid extra for to no napkins put in the bag. But this time was terrible. The total came out to $24 something after using a coupon. I gave the man a $20 bill, a $10 bill, and some singles (6 or 7). I would normally say it was a mistake but the employee put down that I gave him $29 on my receipt. Then never gave me back the singles, and only gave me 40 something cents in change. If your employees then give a customer attitude after they complain about literally being robbed, then the whole place needs an overhaul in new employees. Like I said, they've never gotten my order right. It's really sad though that an employee stole from me. Completely uncalled for and tbh really gross that they did nothing about it. Management should check your cameras more frequently because your employees are theifs. And then when someone brings it up they're met with rudeness. Really wrong. Don't come here!!!
