This time was not of best experiences as my Mom n I were told that we were only allowed 10 minutes to eat if we dine in and they took 6 minutes to get our food to us leaving us only 4 minutes to eat. This was very unprofessional and I called corporate and they were very helpful on correcting this managers uncalled for being very low for costumer service by any means. This manager may do better in a different store and area of town. This area we live in don't act or treat costumers like a number that doesn't matter. McDonald's I know and grew up going to wouldn't allow such behavior to be unrepromened or un answered. I'm still waiting on an email as to what was said or done so that my mom and I may return to eating at this McDonald's without a stern time allotment as if that was ever in McDonald's rules or loitering policy when we can't be loitering when we buy breakfast here 3x a week and spend over $300 a week on McDonald's within our family rewards.
I hope this issue is resolved and this manager be let known that this behavior and 10 minutes dine in time allotment is not backed by McDonald's clients agreements and relationship.
That she stands alone on that time limit in which she will be ignored if told so in the future and hoping Corperate office can again be called and deal with this specific manager if she tries to enforce her own rules on loyal high spending costumers with private comercial accounts set up outside of McDonald's awareness or guidelines but within business spending caps of over $10,000 a week with company cards as food allowance. Keeping these accounts would be of most importance. However just a mom and her son being treated in such a manner could end up with spending allowances being placed elsewhere. I’ve been trying to quite drinking coffee. I think it will be easy now. So gross! These two drinks are supposed to be the same, but they are completely different and both really gross!
When there is no line and the order consists of 3 drinks, it’s poor service to ask the customers in a long bed diesel truck to pull around to the front and park in the tiny parking spot. It’s difficult enough to get in and out of this location in a small car. Can’t we just wait at the window for a drink?
No one is at the front register but there are about 5+ people working the drive-thru (not the first time this has happened). I understand drive-thru is first but c'mon assign at least 1 worker in the front. To sum it all up you might experience a more than usual wait time if you decide to walk in and dine
The quality of the food and service was great however the mobile ordering app so glitchy. I ended up having to wait in a parking spot and only got 1/2 my order and double the drinks. I can’t be mad though because everyone was so nice, but I really wish I had my chicken nuggets
Worst place ever! I ordered a big mac no sesame seed bun as we have a dealthy allergic reaction to sesame seeds. I get home and there is a sesame seed bun
On my burger. When I called in they acted like jerks and then hung up. They will surly kill someone and it could have been one of my loved ones. They are rude, careless, and incompetent. I will be filing a lawsuit.
