Soo at this location you really have to get someone attention because workers clocked out for lunch never said anything to me I waited a good 8 mins until the manager walk up for a door dash and even then she had a attitude my and my nuggets were cold . Then I seen a sign giving you 30 mins only to eat inside then you had to go I was over it ....

Ordered off the McDonalds app: two Kerwin Frost meals (specifically for the toys) and ordered one kids meal specifically asked for no toy What we got? Two kerwin frost meals with no toys. Extra nuggets? Both drinks had no ice (didn’t ask for) A kids meal WITH a toy we specifically asked to have excluded All for 30 dollars and a ten minute drive through wait at 4pm McDonald’s is no longer the “value” option it once was and when people can’t read and fill orders off a screen (it was a McDonalds app order - absolutely no confusion regarding what we asked for) you really wonder what you’re paying for

I placed an online order for the drive-thru but was unfortunately overlooked. When I went inside the restaurant, I noticed that the employees were using profanity and being passive-aggressive. They acted as if I didn't exist. My experience could have been better, but unfortunately, it wasn't. To make matters worse, my wait time was approximately 30 minutes, and the food I received was cold. Additionally, my order needed to be corrected.

We went to McDonald’s and ordered 2 large 10 piece chicken nugget meals with drinks and sauce, as well as a happy meal with a drink. We get our drinks and they had no ice in them. I had to ask why because the girl didn’t even tell me their ice machine was down. Ok, no big deal. I get to the red light outside the building and see that one box of 10 nuggets was short a nugget, the fries were cold, no sauce for the nuggets and my sons happy meal didn’t come with apple slices. I came back through drive thru and notified them and they said to pull up to the 2nd window, so I did. The girl asked me multiples times what size item I had even though I told her. She rolled her eyes with everything I told her that was missing or the fries being cold. The ladies taking payment and running drive thru were very nice, the lady at the second window was rude, short, and just annoyed at n general both encounters we had with her. I can overlook the no ice thing but I can’t over look the amount of things missing from the order and the cold fries. I will say that when we came through we were the only car so I assume maybe they weren’t busy which may be why the fries weren’t warm but with that being said there is no reason why we were missing so much.

Took 20 mins to 1/2,hour to get food. All of the drink machines were empty. Only one person got me a drink from the drive through drink machines his name was Robert. nice employee. this was during the dinner hour around 4:30. This should not have happened during the dinner hour. Please have someone make sure your drink machines are filled during busy times.
