McDonald's

Parking was good, washrooms need to be buzzed in by speaking to staff. The tables were not clean though we may have visited when they were winding down. Order was quick.

Very rarely do I have a pleasant experience at McDonald's, but today was different. I won't go into details, but Guillermo is an excellent manager. This location is always busy, he and the rest of the staff is always very pleasant. McDonald's should allow a tip jar.

I understand that the cost of food has gone up, but it's ridiculous to shrink the size of the fish fillet sandwich. Normally one sandwich can sustain me for a few hours. The size of the sandwich now doesn't even last an hour. McDonald's you're going to lose customers if you keep increasing prices and shrinking the sandwiches. Definitely not happy.

Not very friendly except for one of the managers who will fix a problem ( I've had many cause the order takers rush you and don't listen to detail) The really down side and it's not their fault is the homeless that come to your car window at the drive thru.

I encountered some issues. The employee didn’t seem attentive when I asked them to fix my order. It took around 5 minutes to get my Diet Coke replaced. Improving employee training and streamlining the order resolution process would greatly enhance the customer experience.
