I went to this location shortly before closing time yesterday. The dining room was disgusting. The Play Place looked as it had not been cleaned all day. The beverage station was completely neglected- it was covered with trash, not stocked properly and the beverage machines appeared as though they haven’t been cleaned recently. The tea urn that was at the beverage station had an expiration tag that was expired over 30 hours prior to my visit. The TV in the dining room has been displaying the Roku home page since last year. Two of the menu boards are non-functioning. There were trash cans overflowing with trash.
Spicy nuggets were so old I couldn’t eat them. Regular nuggies weren’t too bad. Usually McDonald’s coke hits hard but this location it tasted water down or out of syrup. I would skip this location and try another. Asked for honey got none. Asked for napkins got none. Drive thru team members don’t care. Management should get involved if they want to increase sales.
It's a McDonalds; I don't expect fine dining. But even by a low standard, this is objectively the worst McDonalds I've ever been in. The staff are incredibly slow. They are very rude. It took forever to get my food, eat, and leave. They even messed up my order. How do you mess up a regular, no-changes, quarter pounder with cheese? The food that was "right" was so thrown together you could barely call it a sandwich. I think the tray I was given was used and dirty. It was obvious the "manager" I talked to, if he was even a manager, was not going to do anything about the rude workers and bad food. I'm not one to complain or speak to managers or whatever, but the behavior of the staff and the quality of the food was abysmal. I would give this place zero stars if I could. Never spending money there again.

Update! I was contacted by a female who did not state her position. She asked a couple questions and said she would look into the matter
Went with 3 year old grandson and only had cash with me. A fairly Heavy set male w/short ratty ponytail refused to take our order and told me to use kiosks. I Tried to explain I only had cash but he turned his back and didn’t care and was sarcastic.
So much for my grandsons first happy meal. Not the McDonalds culture I remember. Oh well, healthier food is better for my grandson anyway.
If I could give this review, negative stars, I would, I would give it -5 stars!!! This location never, and I do mean NEVER fails to disappoint! Be prepared to wait a VERY long time, wether you order online or not! Your order will be incorrect or incomplete. I placed and online order 20 min before I arrived, still waited another 10+ minutes before I decided to cancel everything!!!
The complete incompetency of the staff is infuriating!!!! When you dare get annoyed because of the incompetency they are completely bewildered and look like they’ve been mentally sedated!! They clearly don’t give af!!! Save your time and money!!!! There are other locations a few minutes away and is well worth the extra drive!!
