Horrible experience I ordered through the drive through and they charged me for more I teams than I had ordered. When I get to the window I tell the guy there that I had been charged for more items. So they ask for my form of payment which I did Apple Pay they take my phone to the back to supposedly give me my refund. When I receive my phone and receipt, the card they did the refund to was not my card. So I go back to let them know what had happened. The manager was rude and disrespectful to me from the start he talked over me all the time laughing about the situation the who time. Told me I gave them that card when I kept telling him and showing him my card's digit numbers so he could see that was not my card. I asked to speak to the girl who did my refund and he said no she left. He denied to give me the corporate number and said you can look outside for it. I asked for him to please write his name down and he said no I asked for him to spell his name out and he said no he said my name is Melec and I'm not going to spell it for you. He said if I wanted to complain I could go in the morning if I wanted to but he wasn't going to do anything. Like telling me he didn't care about the situation at all. All his employees seemed so embarrassed and scared to even speak as if he puts fear in them. It’s unbelievable that people like this could become managers and become a part of your franchise. How can someone this closed-minded and disrespectful be considered for a position like this?
It's the second time I get some pies here and the same issue happens again. They have a Best buy they don't respect. The second pie didn't even have the label so who know how old it was. When shared the concern I did not receive any apologies but: "yeah, that's good. if you want an other one you gotta wait 12 mins". (It was 2.10 pm)

I ordered no cheese, when I went to the counter, first it took awhile to come talk to me. The manager ( woman) came finally. I explained, but she wanted to argue about the cheese no cheese. I can't eat it, so I know what I ordered. Then a young male employee was chatting n laughing about it. I walked away with my corrected item. Still could hear manager n employee talking about my order. Very unprofessional. Tables were dirty, only 1 other group of 3 sitting at a table. Service could have been better.
Update.. every single table in the dining room is dirty. Spilled drink marks, food crumbs, napkins and dirty floors throughout the restaurant. You shouldn't have to be swatting away flies while trying to order your food. The counters had coffee stains and food crumbs as well. It looks terrible.
The service is getting so bad. Some workers are playing around and goofing off while others look like they just sucked on a sour pickle. It shouldn't take 45 mi uses for 1 pizza. The manager wasn't even calling it in to be made. So ridiculous at times..
They were so busy working the drive thru that the people inside had to wait even longer. My order of 2 bacon egg and cheese biscuits took 10 minutes. Manager needs to be talked to because she was the one not taking care of the inside guests.
