Update, after waiting 40minutes in the drive thru, they still ask me to pull up in the parking lot for my order.I think they are forgetting that they are fast food, not actual fine dining. Slowest McDonald drive thru in town. More than 30 minutes sitting in the drive thru lane. If there was no car behind me I would have left the line, went to another fast food and probably got served faster.

Free fries are always the best! Thank you Temecula for the fast convenient friendly service rosy! I watched you all 10minutes go above and beyond carrying large orders out to Cars in the Peking lot for curbside and mobile orders I’m impressed!

the new hire Nathaniel is genuinely is the worst person I've encountered. his customer service skills made me very uncomfortable and he made rude comments towards my life partner due to the fact that they and I are in a homosexual relationship. this wont stand and I wont stand for it either. I demand he be fired immediately, I will NOT be returning here again.

No stars should be an option, long wait Saturday morning inside while drive through went fast, 11 drive through cars for every walk in order. A customer got tired of looking at his order on the back counter while employees kept skipping it so he got it himself. When I was leaving another customer was waiting so long he had to ask if anyone was taking orders at the counter.

This is the absolute worst mcdonalds I've ever been to. Has a sign on door that dining in is open till 9pm. The last three times I show up at 830 and the doors are locked. When customer inside was leaving I went in this time. The so caller manager Abby took my order. I asked why does sign say close at 9, but yet everytime I come at 830 the doors are locked. She said that they were busy in drive thru and short staffed. So I said this happens everytime so you should change your sign and say you close at 830pm. So she then took my order after I finished eating I decided I wanted to order something else. So I go up to Abby at 850, 10 minutes before they suppose to close and tells me that she can't take my order inside. She already closed register and need go thru drive thru to order. What in the world is going on? They close half hour before their suppose to and also close register 10 minutes before. Avoid this place like the plague. Worst customer service ever and the manager Abby should get fired. I will call and speak to general manager and see if he or she is aware of what's going on and is this store protocol to close every time at 830 and close registers down at 850.
