McDonald's

I am a local here. This is the worst that I have ever seen this restaurant. It was the worst I've run across anywhere in a long time. Everything was sticky in the fountain drink area there was flies all over the whole fountain drink area. It was so gross. There was soda all over the floor in front of machine cabinet. This had to have been there for several hours because it was very stinky rotten soda smell. The sweet tea was also gross. I did report it to the cashier. I hope they got this fixed and cleaned up quick. This is a very good little place to get some quick eats and very convenient location. I hate to see a good place go down. I do recommend this restaurant. I will returning again soon hoping for a better experience.

Convenient location in Americus on 19. The drive-thru was a little slow but the service was nice. We ordered two McGriddle meals and didn’t receive the hashbrowns with the meal, however we were given the hashbrowns inside with no issues. Overall it was a pretty decent visit

The McDonald's on South Westover Blvd has terrible service!! If you want your order completely wrong every time and wait a ridiculously amount of time to receive it, then I suggest you go here. If you like decent food and even better service, then you might want to bypass this location at all costs. I suggest they revamp the whole staffing situation from the management on down.

Made a mobile order!!! Got their lobby was closed drive thru was not thing open with a line backed up!! So I get in line after my card done got charged for my food to get all the wayy to the speaker for them to tell me that their system is down! So why not make that clear on the mobile ordering site! So no food nor my money back! Yeah y’all think y’all got it over on someone just wait!!! I will be reaching out the the owner o got his personal number!!!

Not a friendly place at all. I was offered to place my order at a kiosk....the thing was dingy and dirty. The manager was attempting to fix a gift card and told me it would be a wait before they could take my order. So I might as well use it. Again....the kiosk was filthy!!!!! No thanks....all we wanted was a cup of ice cream and they had 2 people trying to fix a gift card on 1 register. Hmmmmm...when will these companies learn....not everyone wants to use kiosks to do orders....especially when it's fifty. Definitely would N.O.T be coming back here again.
