McDonald's

Waited in the drive thru for 25 minutes just for them to be rude when taking my order. I had a code and had to give it to 3 different people just to get my order started. Then they proceeded to give me the incorrect drinks and after I drove off I learned they didn’t even have my order correct. 10/10 do not recommend this. If you hate working customer service that bad, get a different job because making someone else’s day have a bad moment just because you seem to hate life is wrong.

Waited 20 minutes for a mcdouble and small fries. Lady at the window whose shirt said "Manager" was on her phone the whole time. Someone handed her my bag and asked if I was the one who ordered the mcdouble and small fries; the lady looked at her and said "I don't know" and handed me the bag without even verifying. I guess I was an inconvenience to her. My fries were good but my mcdouble was a mess. There was so much ketchup on the tiny little burger. WHY? McDonald's, please hire better employees to run your stores. Better pay could get you better employees.

Long wait to order at counter. Eyelash employee and manager were sitting on sidewalk outside. Came in but walked right by with no offer to help or get help. As mentioned before, no smiles, no welcome, no thank you. I hate the new model for McDonald's. They want me to order for myself, but i can't get refills for myself. I need ice for my coffee but am intimidated to ask.

Stale buns for the second time. The apple pie was drier than hard tack. When I first moved here, the service and food was great. Now it's total garbage. There is definitely a big difference between the morning and evening shift personnel. It's advisable to avoid this place after lunch. I will never be back after what I was given. In addition to the miserable food, the service was garbage as well. When I pulled up to order, there were several minutes before anyone asked if they could serve me. Finally, I was asked what I wanted. I asked for a McDouble and apple pie. Right after I said "apple pie" I heard a male voice say "no." Then to add insult to injury, I received food that I wouldn't feed to my dog. I want my damn money back.

The worst store and staff I ever encountered at McDonalds. I’ll never come back to this disgusting place. Don’t even get me started on the horrible and filthy look of the store. Somebody needs to report them to the health department.
