McDonald's

Okay so McDonald's definitely isn't as cheap as it used to be and honestly it's a little overpriced now. But even so, I still give this location 5 stars for their service. Every single time I come here my food is hot and fresh except when I hit the drive through an hour before close, but that's totally understandable. If you're in Coolidge and need a quick bite definitely stop here.

I've lost five dollars or more to them always forgetting my order or things they forget today I try give them another chance to see if they improve but no the two girls today that that where to handle my food forget five dollars in food I've waited for 10 minutes. I understand the hard workers inside have it the hardest but when you put a lot of money to feed people who can't go out suck not only for me but the people I've help.

Good customer service is so critical to the thriving force of a successful business! This location puts distaste in my mouth! The employees who I've interacted with all wear somber-I-hate-my-job faces...no kindness...or friendliness...or even respect for that matter. As I patiently waited for my item-no-one ever even acknowledged my presence...not once. In my waiting, I observed an African American gentleman standing at the counter for quite a long period of time-he too was never acknowledged that he existed standing there. Finally, a worker (with that face) went to assist him. As I continued to wait, a Caucasian man approached the counter to be helped. The same employee that eventually waited on the prior customer acknowledged this man immediately by stating, " I'll be with you shortly." Hmmmm...why was one worthy enough and not the other??? We're all fellow humans on this journey called life. Even a simple smile can change the course of a person's day. 😁😀 Let's be mindful of the impact we have on one another.

Not a frequent flyer here, but they offered me a free iced coffee for my birthday, boy was it amazing. The service was quick as well.

Is it TOO much to ask for fresh fries?!? I asked nicely he said he would let them know. Of course they weren’t! Geeez, it’s enough your ice cream machine seems to be broken as well and all I asked was for fresh fries!!!!! And drive thru was NOT busy. Rant over😅
