Every time I have to go to this location something goes wrong. The last and greatest feat of theirs was crafting a spicy McChicken with American cheese, no lettuce, no mayo, and TARTAR SAUCE. We were the only ones in the drive thru. It feels intentional at this point.

If I could give 0 stars I would. We ordered through the app for drive through. After giving our code and pulling up to the window, the girl kept saying “oh you’re DoorDash” which we aren’t and directed us to a courier spot to wait. We waited….and waited…5 separate times someone came up to us with a bag and asked if we had that order. We didn’t and told them each time what we were waiting for. I got fed up and went inside to take care of it myself. While I was inside nobody was in the register area at all. They were all running around in the back getting nowhere fast. I finally flagged someone down to ask about our order and he sorta acknowledged me but continued on running out incorrect orders to incorrect cars. I felt for the other people waiting to order or for done in because you could tell all associates were aggressively avoiding eye contact like they knew that everything was messed up. I finally left 20 minutes later, no food at all. Go literally anywhere but here if you actually want to get food.

Good as one would expect from McDonalds however I couldn't give more than 1 star because they are currently under construction inside...no fault of this facility at the time. If anything, good to see they are putting capital upgrades! Let's see when they're done how I feel inside!

Had a very rude experience with one of their young female Hispanic employees on a late weekday night. I was told to pull into the parking lot number 1 but I forgot to ask for sauce so I waited at the window for 5 minutes waving my hand and saying excuse me for her to barely look at me and when she did she just ignored me and pretended I wasn’t there. So I pulled into the parking lot number and waited for my food. Then it was delivered by the employee who had a very bad attitude. Customer service here is a joke, I wouldn’t recommend eating here.

The biscuits could be a little better. Often times they’re hard . The people are nice but quite often they take a long time to answer you and I understand that they’re busy, but they should always acknowledge you and just say give me one moment please and not wait minutes before they say something like that, other than that everything else is great.
