This place is filthy. Hopefully they are working toward improving. They are pressure washing outside but needs to close down and pressure wash the inside too. After stopping to use the restroom, I did get a drink, the cashier was nice. Only nice thing to say

Placed an app order at the Tarrant location during dinner time hours which was an easy experience. Pulled up to drive through, gave them the order code, picked up my order at the window within two minutes. The food was hot and fresh 👍🏼👍🏼

Every time I've ordered in the past 2 months w/extra this/that on my sandwich my order has been ON THE MONEY 💰. I just want to give these crew members their Kudos 👏 💐.

My friend and I went for a day of coffee and lunch and to catch up. As we sat there fellowshipping everyone was so nice and spoke to us to make sure we like the food and was very kind. It was during the day and we had a very enjoyable time.

The only reason I gave 2 stars was because the man at the window that gave me my soda was nice and for the young lady that DID acknowledge me and gave me my food AFTER I had been sitting outside waiting 20 minutes for it! I walked in the store after seeing several people that came after me receiving their food,,and the whole staff,including the manager/ lady that took my order at the window,,looked at me like I had 2 heads! She asks some lil girl, after I've been standing there 5 minutes, did she get my order yet,,huh?! Finally someone "attempted to take my order",I told them my issues,,at this point I see another lil girl taking a bag to my car,smh. The young lady in the store that I was telling my issue to did give me my food quickly and asked if I would like a courtesy soda for my wait.YES,THEY WERE FULLY STAFFED! Please train these people on customer service and manners before hiring them! Its sad only 2 out of 10 of the employees that were working actually acted like they knew what those 2 things are,smh....
