McDonald's

They are always SUPER RUDE. I was just asking why my order status still says they are preparing it an hour after I ordered. And a guy just kept saying that I should talk to my dasher about it. But it was not about the dasher. I was literally asking if you even got my order or not. And the guys treated me like a rude person and just hung up. I was not complaining or anything, but was literally asking. WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU. Seriously every single time I call them they are like this. The guy who answered the phone on 2/26/2023 at 1:10 AM, yes, it is you. I hope you get your training again or get fired. Thanks. If you are his boss, I hope you can do something about his attitude. You can listen back to my call if there is a recording of it. I literally did nothing. + my bag was opened when it arrived. I don't know what you did to my food or not, but I don't mind 😃 The food is still good. It seems like you just prepared my order since my foods are still warm and my frozen wasn't melted at all? So I guess it was your fault because you didn't check or see my order even after an hour I ordered. Lol You must check my order after I called you and prepared it. Man, repent and be good. Okay?

Service is always fast no matter how busy it is and everyone is always polite and friendly. One time I did find a cap to one of their sauce bottles in my burger one time and thought it was an onion until I chewed it and itwas rubber. But things happen.

It's McDonalds. The menu has changed very little in the past 40 years. You know what you're getting, and you know the quality to expect. The atmosphere is modern, but I hate that they have moved to more impersonal experiences. But the food is always brought out quickly, which is nice.

Wanted to review because it was the best that I've had in 10 yrs... Seriously The foot was HOT the service was FAST couldn't believe it. I called and let the shift manager know what a great job that the team was doing. Jacob keep up the good work.

Okay this was the single greatest restaurant experience I have ever had in my life. Whoever manages the store (I think her name was Becca) absolutely knows what they are doing. As I approached the building, I saw her save three kittens from a tree as she continued to take orders from the drive thru. After I ordered and sat down, Becca proceeded to do my calculus homework for me and encouraged me to stay in school and earn my degree. As I was leaving the restaurant, Becca noticed that there was a grizzly bear charging towards me so she scared it away with a grimace shake. She is an excellent leader and deserves a raise. I love McDonald’s I am so happy.
