McDonald's

The food quality for Mickey Da has fallen. Their products used to be addictive. Not today. This is a second visit where my cheese was not even slightly melted. I was driving again so I didn't take a picture. Prices are way too high to not receive better.

At this McDonald’s here at this loves truckstop a nice lady ordered a burger and asked for no pickles and no onions. Her burger had pickles and onions on it. They proceeded to take the burger to the shift lead and told her that there was pickles and onions on it well, instead of the shift lead throwing the burger away and making this lady a fresh burger, she intern took it behind the counter with the other food And scraped the pickles and the onions off the best she could so I told the manager who turns out to be a general manager of this loves that that burger should not have went past 5 feet on the other side of that counter because it had already made it outside of the serving counter, and she proceeded to say my peoples know what they’re doing because my peoples through the burger in the garbage because we have two garbage is right here and I said ma’am the burger is not in either one of those garbage pails. You could clearly see in there, so they proceeded to bring the lady out another burger and she brings it back up and has the remnants of the pickles and the onions that they scraped off of the first burger health department is going to be called and the corporate office is going to be called because this is uncalled for and just downright bad service.

The cashier was very nice about replacing my food from the night before. They were hard and not fresh. So i went back to the store. She got the manager and they worked it out immediately.

They messed my order up before I ever even got to pay. They fixed it and rang it up right. Then got to the next window and I had asked for iced lattes. Instead they gave me hot lattes. I asked them to fix it and they poured some ice in a cup and dumped the latte over it. We ended up with warm watered down lattes. Our food was also cold and there was a black hair in my food. Terrible experience today compared to the usual crew during the week.

This is one of the best McDonalds I've been to. I don't give it 5 stars just because of the lack of childlike atmosphere. This is happening at all of the McDonalds now. That was the one thing that made this restaurant what it was in the he beginning. Fond memories in my childhood and the reason so many kids convinced their parents of it being the place to go. Parents loved it for the same reasons of seeing their children enjoy themselves.
