McDonald's

Went to this mcdonalds and the the girl taking our order through drive-thru got our order wrong even though we mentioned what we wanted 3 times. She kept giggling and couldn't comprehend what we were saying. We laughed it off thinking she sounded like she was high on green. We then asked for our sauces and weren't given any so we had to go back and get our sauces. Ok it happens no big deal. But then we started eating our burgers and they tasted cold. When we looked they were completely raw. We attempted to call the store so we could let them know that their burgers are being served raw in hopes that no one gets sick. Well they kept picking up the phone and hanging up. After the 3rd call they just left the phone off the hook so you couldn't even call them. So we will do the next best thing and call corporate Monday morning and letting them know what a disaster this location is.

If I could leave less than one star I would. Stopped here for a happy meal and two plain cheeseburgers. Simple right? Not here. The drive through employee took our order and read it back correctly, but we’ve had them mess it up before so we decided to pull into a spot before leaving to check once we got the food. SURE ENOUGH, both cheeseburgers that were ordered plain had all toppings. I went back inside and explained the issue and they took the bag to remake the burgers. 5-10 minutes later the girl comes back and hands me the bag and I head back out. I should have checked - they gave me back the same bag with the same incorrectly made burgers. Seriously pathetic service at this location.

This location really needs to reassess the service they provide. Such a fantastic location for them but the service is terrible especially at night. The number of times door have been locked for a location open 24 hours and no one manning the drive thru is ridiculous. Really need to get their act together.

Bit of a weirder review but deserves a 5 star nonetheless. We've been eating here for a very long time(lived in Florida for 10 years) and have eaten here a lot over the years when in a rush or need some non expensive food. And its always been pretty good as far as McDonald's goes! But tonight we got stranded here, after work our parents' car broke down on the way to pick us up, insurance had "nobody available" in our area so they didn't do anything, all cab services were either closed or had nobody in the area either. And they let us stay for the entire night, they were extremely accommodating and friendly to us, the manager Benny was amazing, all around wonderful place I will be returning to!

Ordered 2 McChickens and a Quarter Pounder the other day in-store, and proceeded to wait 35 minutes. After watching several people who came in after me (and who knows how many drive-thru customers) I then i went to cancel the order and get my money back and proceeded to wait 10 more minutes just for that. The manager had NO control of the useless teenagers working there, and it showed. One off-the-clock employee (I assume, it could just as well have been a friend of someone supposed to be working) CONTINUOUSLY approached the counter just to chat with the workers. None of them were attentive, I heard someone call back to make my order, but still never got made. To top it off, the kiosk never printed my receipt, so when i showed the manager my order via the mobile app, I was accused of ordering through the app, which didn't indicate i never got my order. The franchise owner should consider getting new hires for the hourly employees and absolutely should get that manager re-trained. It was ridiculous how none of the employees respected her. I will never be going to this location again.
